拾影（海外名称 Glean）是一款在 iPhone 上运行的图片工具。本政策说明我们如何处理与 App 相关的信息。核心承诺：你的照片只属于你。

Glean (拾影) is a photo tool that runs on iPhone. This policy explains how information related to the app is handled. The promise: your photos belong to you.

我们不收集的内容

What we do not collect

• 不要求注册或登录，因此不收集姓名、邮箱（除非你主动写信）、电话或账号。
• No sign-in, so we do not collect name, email (unless you write to us), phone number, or an account.
• 不上传照片、相册缩略图、人脸特征或照片里的位置信息到我们的服务器。
• We do not upload your photos, thumbnails, face features, or photo location metadata to our servers.
• 不使用 IDFA，不进行跨 App 追踪，因此不弹出跟踪许可框。
• We do not use IDFA or cross-app tracking, and we do not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• 不出售、不出租、不与广告网络分享你的照片或个人数据。
• We do not sell, rent, or share your photos or personal data with advertising networks.

What happens on device

在你授权相册访问后，App 只在本机读取你选择的照片，用于压缩、增强、拼接、拼图或格式转换。处理结果保存在 App 沙盒或按你的操作写回系统相册。删除 App 后，沙盒内数据一并删除。

After you grant Photos access, the app reads only the images you choose, on this device, for compress, enhance, stitch, collage, or convert. Results stay in the app sandbox or, if you ask, are saved back to Photos. Deleting the app deletes sandbox data.

Information that may leave the device

• Apple 内购收据：购买、恢复购买由 StoreKit 与 Apple 处理，用于验证权益。我们无法看到你的银行卡号。
• Apple In-App Purchase receipts: purchases and restore are handled by StoreKit and Apple to unlock features. We never see your card number.
• 系统崩溃诊断：若你在 iOS 中同意与开发者分享，Apple 可能向我们提供匿名崩溃日志，用于修复缺陷。
• Crash diagnostics: if you allow sharing with developers in iOS, Apple may send us anonymized crash logs so we can fix bugs.
• 你主动发送的邮件或问卷内容：仅用于回复支持请求。
• Messages you send by email or questionnaire: used only to answer your request.

权限

Permissions

相册：用于选择和处理照片。我们不会在未获系统授权时访问相册。我们不申请位置、通讯录、麦克风或跟踪权限。

Photos: used to pick and process images. We do not access the library without system permission. We do not request Location, Contacts, Microphone, or Tracking.

儿童

Children

App 年龄分级面向广泛用户。我们不故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。无账号体系，无法识别用户年龄。

The app is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. There is no account system, so we cannot determine a user’s age.

你的权利

Your rights

因为照片与处理结果主要存在本机：你可以拒绝相册权限、在系统设置中撤销权限，或卸载 App 以删除本地数据。购买记录由 Apple 账号管理，可在 App 内使用「恢复购买」。

Because photos and results live on device, you can deny Photos access, revoke it in Settings, or delete the app. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID; use Restore Purchases in the app.

Legal bases and regions

在适用 GDPR、CCPA、《个人信息保护法》的地区，我们以提供你要求的本地功能为目的，并遵循最小必要原则。我们不把照片作为个人信息传到境外服务器，因为根本不上传照片。

Where GDPR, CCPA, or China’s PIPL apply, we process only what is needed to provide the on-device features you request. Photos are not transferred to servers abroad because they are not uploaded.

If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date. Continued use of the app means you are aware of the revised policy.
