- 设备与系统版本 Device and iOS version 例如 iPhone 型号、iOS 版本。 For example, the iPhone model and iOS version.
- 复现步骤 Steps to reproduce 按顺序写下操作路径，越具体越好。 List the action path in order. The more specific, the better.
- 购买信息 Purchase details 若与 Pro 相关，请附购买时间与所用 Apple ID 账号。 If the case involves Pro, include purchase time and the Apple ID account in use.

为什么要访问相册？Why does Glean Photos need Photos access?
授权后才能在本机整理、压缩、增强或导出照片；删除系统相册照片需你确认。可在「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 照片」随时更改。详见隐私政策。
After access is granted, the app can organize, compress, enhance, or export on device; deleting from Photos requires your confirmation. Change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos. See the Privacy Policy.

购买后没有解锁？I paid but features did not unlock.
确认使用同一 Apple ID。打开 App 内的恢复购买。若仍失败，请附购买时间与设备信息发给我们。
Use the same Apple ID, then Restore Purchases in the app. If it still fails, send the purchase time and device details.
如何退款？Refunds
内购由 Apple 结算。请通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 或 Apple 支持申请退款。
In-app purchases are billed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support.
