使用拾影（Glean）即表示你同意本条款。若不同意，请勿使用本 App。
By using Glean (拾影) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
许可
License
我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让的许可，仅供在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上按照 App Store 条款使用本 App。当前 Bundle ID 为 com.glean.app。
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms. The current bundle identifier is com.glean.app.
你的内容
Your content
你保留对照片的全部权利。你保证有权处理所选择的图片。处理在设备本地进行；我们不主张对你照片的所有权。
You keep all rights in your photos. You confirm you have the right to process the images you select. Processing is on-device; we claim no ownership of your photos.
内购
In-app purchases
- 部分功能（例如无限增强或附加模型包）可能通过 Apple 非消耗型内购解锁。
- Some features (such as unlimited enhance or add-on model packs) may be unlocked with Apple non-consumable in-app purchases.
- 价格以 App Store 显示为准，付款、税务与账单由 Apple 处理。
- Prices are shown in the App Store. Payment, tax, and billing are handled by Apple.
- 购买绑定你的 Apple ID。更换设备后请使用「恢复购买」。
- Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Use Restore Purchases after changing devices.
- 退款依照 Apple 的媒体服务条款。订阅不是本产品的默认模式。
- Refunds follow Apple’s Media Services terms. Subscriptions are not the default model for this product.
可接受使用
Acceptable use
你不得反向工程、干扰 App 正常运行，或将本 App 用于违法用途。结果图的使用由你自行负责。
You may not reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for how you use exported images.

Disclaimer
App 按「现状」提供。增强与压缩效果因原图而异，我们不保证特定美学或文件体积结果。在法律允许范围内，不承担间接损失。
The app is provided “as is.” Enhance and compress results vary by source image. We do not warrant a particular look or file size. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
变更与终止
Changes and termination
我们可能更新本条款，并在本页公布新版本。你可随时卸载 App 以停止使用。
We may update these terms and post the new version here. You may stop using the app by deleting it.
