使用忆光集（Glean Photos）即表示你同意本条款。若不同意，请勿使用本 App。
By using Glean Photos (忆光集) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
许可
License
我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让的许可，仅供在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上按照 App Store 条款使用本 App。
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.
你的内容
Your content
你保留对照片的全部权利。你保证有权处理所选择的图片。处理在设备本地进行；我们不主张对你照片的所有权。
You keep all rights in your photos. You confirm you have the right to process the images you select. Processing is on-device; we claim no ownership of your photos.

In-app purchases
- Pro 可通过自动续订订阅（月度 / 年度）或一次性终身买断解锁。
- Pro unlocks via auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly / yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- 订阅将按所选周期自动续订，费用记入你的 Apple ID。你可以随时在 Apple 账号设置中管理或取消订阅。取消后，权益保留至当前计费周期结束。
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period and are charged to your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. After canceling, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Pro 权益包括：无限 AI 增强、导出无水印，以及订阅期内的功能更新。免费用户可使用压缩、拼接、拼图、格式转换、整理等基础能力，并享有有限次数的 AI 增强试用。
- Pro includes unlimited AI enhancement, watermark-free export, and feature updates while subscribed. Free users can use compress, stitch, collage, convert, and organize, plus a limited number of AI enhancement trials.
- 价格以 App Store 显示为准，付款、税务与账单由 Apple 处理。购买绑定你的 Apple ID；更换设备后请使用「恢复购买」。
- Prices are shown in the App Store. Payment, tax, and billing are handled by Apple. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID; use Restore Purchases after changing devices.
- 退款依照 Apple 的媒体服务条款办理。
- Refunds follow Apple’s Media Services terms.
可接受使用
Acceptable use
你不得反向工程、干扰 App 正常运行，或将本 App 用于违法用途。结果图的使用由你自行负责。
You may not reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for how you use exported images.
免责声明
Disclaimer
App 按「现状」提供。增强与压缩效果因原图而异，我们不保证特定美学或文件体积结果。在法律允许范围内，不承担间接损失。
The app is provided “as is.” Enhance and compress results vary by source image. We do not warrant a particular look or file size. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
变更与终止
Changes and termination
我们可能更新本条款，并在本页公布新版本。你可随时卸载 App 以停止使用。
We may update these terms and post the new version here. You may stop using the app by deleting it.
